"公共营养学"是食品卫生与营养学本科专业的核心课程,承载传授学生理论知识和增强学生实践能力的双重任务,具有鲜明的思政元素.文章明确课程思政目标,挖掘课程思政元素,探究将课程学科知识与思政元素有机融合的方法和策略,进而在课程教学过程中实现知识传授和价值引领相融合,充分发挥课程的育人作用.通过实践,初步获得了课程思政融入"公共营养学"课程的教学模式及途径,为其他课程更好进行课程思政教学改革提供思路与方法.
Mining and Practice of Ideological and Political Materials in the Course of"Public Nutriology"
"Public Nutriology"is a core course for Food Hygiene and Nutrition major,which carries the dual tasks of imparting students'theoretical knowledge and enhancing students'practical ability,and has distinct ideological and political elements.It is to clarify the ideological and political objectives of the course,to mine the ideological and political elements of the course,and to explore the methods and strategies to fully integrate the course subject knowledge with the ideological and political elements,to realize the integration of knowledge imparts and value guidance in the course teaching process,and to give full play to the educational role of the curriculum.Through the practice,the teaching model and way of integrating ideological and political education into the"Public Nutrition"course have been preliminarily obtained,which provides the ideas and methods for other courses to better carry out the teaching reform of ideological and political education.
