大叶紫薇花多酚的定性及其抗氧化活性研究

以大叶紫薇花为材料,研究辅助超声波技术提取多酚,结合单因素试验和正交试验,确定大叶紫薇花多酚提取的最佳工艺组合,即乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶70(g/mL),提取温度45 ℃,提取时间20 min.用DPPH、ABTS和FRAP这3种方法测定大叶紫薇花多酚的抗氧化能力并用Folin-Ciocalteu法测定其总酚含量.用UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS/MS对大叶紫薇花多酚进行鉴定.结果表明,大叶紫薇花多酚在抗氧化能力和总酚含量方面是很好的抗氧化剂来源.
Study on Identification and Antioxidant Activity of Phenolic Contents from the Flower of Lagerstroemia speciosa Pers.
Report the use of single-factor and orthogonal array design methods to optimize the integrated ultrasonic assisted extraction of phenolic contents in the flower of Lagerstroemia speciosa Pers.The optimal technological conditions for extracting phenolic contents in the flower of Lagerstroemia speciosa Pers.were as follows:ethanol concentration of 70% ,the ratio of material to solvent of 1:70(g/mL),extraction temperature of 45 ℃ and extraction time of 20 min.DPPH,ABTS and FRAP methods were used to determine the antioxidant activities of phenolic contents in the flower of Lagerstroemia speciosa Pers.,and Folin-Ciocaheu method was used to determine the total phenolic contents(TPC).The phenolic contents in the flower of Lagerstroemia speciosa Pers.were identified by UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS/MS.The results indicated that phenolic contents in the flower of Lagerstroemia speciosa Pers.were significant sources of antioxidants in terms of their antioxidant activities and total phenolic contents.
