对年产1 000 t食用菌调味面制品工厂进行设计,包括厂址选择、厂区总平面设计、物料衡算、设备选型和非工艺设计.通过系统性分析和综合考量,确定最优方案,得出完整设计方案,包括工艺流程图、设备选型表、物料衡算表等,最终设计出经济效益较佳、具备一定发展前景的工厂,为该产品的工业化生产提供可行的参考依据.
Abstract
Design of a 1 000-ton edible fungus flavoured noodle production plant,including site selection,overall plant layout,material balance,equipment selection,and non-process design.Through systematic analysis and comprehensive consideration,the optimal solution is determined,and a complete design plan is developed,including process flow diagrams,equipment selection tables,material balance sheets,etc.The designed plant is economically efficient and has certain development prospects,providing a feasible reference for the industrial production of this product.
