Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Lycium ruthenicum Polysaccharide and Its Antioxidant and Antitumor Activities in Vitro
In this study,ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Lycium ruthenicum polysaccharide was used, and its yield was taken as the index.Single factor tests were conducted on solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and ultrasonic power, and four-factor and three-level orthogonal tests were further carried out to optimize the extraction process parameters of Lycium ruthenicum polysaccharide. The antioxidant and antitumor activities of Lycium ruthenicum polysaccharide extracted by ultrasound(LRP-U)and extracted by hot water extraction(LRP-H)were compared. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶30 g/mL,extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 70 min and ultrasonic power 300 W,under which the extraction yield was 24.53% .The maximum clearance rates of DPPH·,OH·and ABTS+·were 82.52% ,35.81% and 76.68% ,respectively, which were higher than those of LRP-H.Moreover,the inhibition rate of LRP-U and LRP-H reached 34.31% and 31.04% ,respectively. The above results showed that the polysaccharides extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction had good anti-oxidation and anti-tumor activities in vitro.
