The Application of KGM in Food and Its Physiological Effects on the Human Body
Konjac glucomannan is a natural plant polysaccharide proposed from konjac.Due to its unique biological properties,it has not only been widely used in the food industry,but also plays a very important role in weight loss and lipid-lowering,blood sugar control,constipation prevention,and anti-tumor effects.In this paper,the application of KGM in food development and the physiological function of human body will be summarized,and the new achievements of KGM in recent years will be summarized to provide a certain theoretical basis for the follow-up research.
