Teaching Reform and Exploration of"Food Packaging"Course under the Background of Engineering Certification—Taking the Grain Engineering Major of Jilin Agricultural University as an Example
"Food Packaging"is a compulsory course with strong theoretical and practical application in the grain engineering major of Jilin Agricultural University,which has significant engineering characteristics.In order to promote the implementation of engineering certification in the field of grain engineering,so as to improve the training quality of food professional personnel,and to meet the requirements of engineering certification for students'engineering ability,take the course of"Food Packaging"as an example,and conduct a series of teaching reforms and explorations based on the requirements of engineering certification.The main focus is on transforming the teaching philosophy of the course,adjusting the teaching execution outline,optimizing the teaching methods,conducting diversified course assessments and evaluations,and evaluating and continuously improving the teaching quality.The results of the curriculum teaching reform indicate that after the teaching reform of"Food Packaging",students'learning initiative has been fully mobilized,and their ability to flexibly apply theoretical knowledge and solve complex problems related to food engineering has been significantly improved.The reform and exploration experience of this course can also provide some reference for the improvement and continuous improvement of teaching quality in other related courses.
