摘要
"食品原料生产安全控制"是食品质量与安全专业的核心课程,不管是对于学生专业基础的夯实,还是各学科之间的融会贯通都有非常重要的作用.针对课程"一散,二多,三基础"的特点,将案例协同思政融入"食品原料生产安全控制"混合式教学模式,既提高学生兴趣,又加深学生对专业知识的理解与掌握,同时也能实现立德树人的根本目的.
Abstract
"Food Raw Material Production Safety Control"is the core course of food quality and safety major,which plays a very important role in consolidating students'professional foundation and integrating various disciplines.According to the characteristics of the course"one scattered,two more,three basic",the mixed teaching mode of"Food Raw Material Production Safety Control"was integrated into the case coordination of thinking and politics,which not only enhanced students'interest,but also depended students'understanding and mastery of professional knowledge,and at the same time realized the fundamental purpose of establishing morality and cultivating people.
