案例教学法的运用能够有效解决"食品标准与法规"课堂教学过程中存在的教材更新慢、内容枯燥乏味等问题,该课程既具有理论性,又具有实际操作价值,并且具有很大的时代感.文章详细阐述了案例式教学在"食品标准与法规"课堂教学中的应用意义、实施过程.案例式教学法的实施成功调动了学生学习的主动性和积极性,激发了学生的学习兴趣,协助了学生更好掌握知识,从而使其成为一名优秀的食品行业从业者.
Abstract
"Food Standards and Regulations"is a theoretical,practical,time-effective and policy oriented course.The application of case teaching method in"Food Standards and Regulations"can solve some existing problems in the teaching process,such as the textbook updates slowly and the content is boring.Briefly introduce the importance of case teaching in the course of"Food Standards and Regulations",and elaborate implementation process in the course.The introduction of cases analysis into"Food Standards and Regulations"arouses the students'learning interest,mobilizes the initiative and enthusiasm of students,and improves the learning efficiency,masters some more knowledge,therefore,they can become excellent food industry practitioner.
