Research Progress of Modified Atmosphere Preservation Technology
Preservation technology of controlled atmosphere storage refers to a green preservation technology that achieves food preservation effects by adjusting different gas ratios under certain temperature and humidity conditions.This technology can better extend the storage period of food.This article reviews the research status of controlled atmosphere storage technology in the fields of fruits,vegetables,and meat both domestically and internationally,as well as the combination of controlled atmosphere storage technology with other preservation technologies such as ozone,irradiation,garlic extract,etc.It discusses the different effects of different controlled atmosphere storage packaging raw materials in food preservation and quality assurance,analyzes their characteristics,and compares them.It is found that new controlled atmosphere storage packaging materials have more advantages.And the article prospects the future development trend of modified atmosphere preservation technology.
