摘要
在新工科背景下,高素质应用型人才的培养需要强化学生的实践能力,而校外实践基地是学生实践能力培养的重要平台,对学生实践能力的培养至关重要.以岭南师范学院食品类专业校外实践基地建设实践为例,分析校外实践基地建设存在的问题和建设思路,结合岭南师范学院与中海油能源股份有限公司湛江配餐服务分公司的建设经验提出具体的做法和改革措施,尤其是结合现代产业学院建设实践,探讨大学生校外实践基地建设行之有效的做法,显著提升学生的实践能力和协同育人效果,对学生解决实际工程问题能力有很大促进作用,同时,为高质量食品类专业校外实践基地建设提供参考依据.
Abstract
Under the backdrop of modem engineering,the cultivation of high-quality applied abilities must increase students'practical ability,and off-campus practice bases are crucial to the development of students'practical ability.Examine the current issues and construction concepts related to off-campus practice base construction.By combining the construction expertise of Lingnan Normal University with CNOOC's Zhanjiang catering service branch,propose concrete practices and concrete reform measures,particularly in light of the modem industry college's construction practice,which greatly improves the students'practical ability and the effect of cooperative education,and promotes the students'ability to solve practical engineering problems.It also provides a reference for the construction of practice base of high-quality food specialty.
