The Design of Emotional,Knowledge,and Ability Objectives in the Curriculum Ideology and Politics of"Food Safety"
The training goal of food science and engineering majors is to be professionals who are proficient in food production and management,and can play an active role in food quality and safety.The quality of training such talents is directly related to food safety and the health of the people.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the function of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and to cultivate students'good moral character,professional quality and sense of responsibility in teaching.This paper discusses the ideological and political design of the"Food Safety"course,as well as the corresponding emotional,intellectual and ability goals,such as patriotism and professional feelings,big food concept and corporate social responsibility,food safety culture construction ability,etc.The corresponding new teaching methods are summarized.
