在树立和践行"大食物观"的时代背景下,为塑造学生作为未来食品人的工匠精神,系统分析"食品工程原理"课程思政教学实施的必要性和价值意蕴.从重构"食品工程原理"课程思政育人目标、加强课程思政教学团队建设、构建联动育人机制、融入课程相关思政元素、建立多元动态思政育人教学评估体系角度出发,探索新形势下"食品工程原理"课程思政实施路径.课程思政建设重点塑造学生工匠精神,同时培养学生家国情怀、理想信念、创新精神和哲学思辨能力,以期为食品科学专业工程类课程思政建设和高素质创新型人才培养提供借鉴.
Ideological and Political Inspiration Path in the"Food Engineering Principles"Course Ground on the Craftsmanship Spirit
In the context of establishing and practicing the"big food concept",the need and value implications of implementing ideological and political education in the"Food Engineering Principles"course are systematically analyzed to shape the craftsmanship spirit of students as future food professionals.Starting from the perspective of restructuring the ideological and political education goals of the"Principles of Food Engineering"course,strengthening the construction of the ideological and political education team,constructing a linkage education mechanism,deeply exploring ideological and political elements and organically integrating them into teaching content,and establishing a diversified dynamic evaluation system,the implementation path of ideological and political education in the course under the new situation is explored in this paper.The focus is to shape the spirit of craftsmanship among students,while cultivating their patriotism,ideal beliefs,innovative spirit,and philosophical thinking ability,in order to provide reference for course ideological and political construction in food science majors'engineering courses and the cultivation for high-quality innovative talents.
