案例教学法在"食品标准与法规"课程教学中的应用

"食品标准与法规"是一门政策性和实践性都很强的课程,相关标准和法规在不断更新、修订,需要持续地关注发展动态,不断在实践中积累.针对传统教学方式中以教师讲授为主、课程内容冗长、教学方法单一,以及学生机械地死记硬背、学习热情不高、课堂参与度低等问题,开展课程教学改革与实践等方面的探讨与思考,提出"实践和知识应用"为导向、分组教学、案例式和启发式相结合的教学方式,不仅能充分调动学习热情和课堂参与度,激发学习兴趣和自主性学习能力,还可以培养学生对食品专业的热爱,形成严谨、有责任心的良好职业素养,最终达成教学目标.基于"新工科"背景下对食品科学与工程类专业人才培养要求,提倡案例教学与实践教学能够培养食品专业创新型和应用型的复合型人才,实现教学目标和工程教育认证的统一.
Application of Case-Based Teaching in the Course of"Food Standards and Regulations"
"Food Standards and Regulations"is a policy-oriented and practical course,which requires constant attention to the development trend and uninterrupted accumulation in practice,because the standards and regulations are constantly updated and revised.In order to solve the problems of traditional teaching method,such as teaching,lengthy course content,single teaching method,and students'rote mechanically,lack of learning enthusiasm,low classroom participation and so on,this paper discusses and explores for the teaching reform and practice.The teaching method of"practice and knowledge application"orientation is put forward,which is a combination of group teaching,case-based teaching and heuristic teaching.It can not only stimulate learning enthusiasm and participation,improve learning interest and ability to study independently,but also develop a passion for food major,cultivate good professional quality of rigorous and responsible,and promote the achievement of teaching objectives finally.According to the background"New Engineering"and the training requirements of food science and engineering professional personnel,the case-based teaching combined with practice can cultivate innovative and application-oriented compound talents in food industry,and achieve the unification of teaching objectives and engineering education certification.
