Teaching Reform Exploration and Practice of Political Education for"Food Additives"
"Food Additives"is a core course in the food quality and safety undergraduate program,and the course contains rich elements of ideology and politics.Under the background of New Engineering and Engineering Education Accreditation,clarify the objectives of the curriculum ideology and politics based on the nature and characteristics of the course,and organically integrate the elements of the curriculum ideology and politics into the course teaching process through the teaching methods of students'pre-course study of the relevant teaching cases and discussion and communication in classroom.The results of the student questionnaire survey at the end of the course show that more than 90% of the students are satisfied with the teaching effect of the course.This way of integrating the elements of curriculum ideology and politics into the course teaching process based on the professional knowledge with reasonable teaching design can improve the teaching effect,and it is an effective way to cultivate talents with the ability of"New Engineering"and"Craftsmanship".
