摘要
食品微生物学是食品科学与工程专业的必修课程.在新农科背景下,具有显著实践特性和广泛应用场景的食品微生物学实验课程的教学改革对提高食品科学与工程专业实践类课程质量具有积极作用.阐述在成果导向教育(OBE)理念指导下,构建"以思政为引领,模块化、分层次、重拓展"的创新实验教学体系,以期为新农科背景下的食品微生物学实验教学和人才培养提供有益的借鉴与启示.
Abstract
Food Microbiology is a compulsory course for food science and engineering majors.Under the background of New Agricultural Science,the teaching reform of the experimental course of Food Microbiology with remarkable practical characteristics and wide application scene plays a positive role in improving the quality of practical courses in food science and engineering.Under the guidance of the concept of outcome-oriented education(OBE),focus on the construction of an innovative experimental teaching system of"thinking about politics as the guide,modularization,hierarchy and re-expansion",in order to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the experimental teaching and personnel training of Food Microbiology under the background of new agricultural science.
