The Comlication of"Ideological and Political-Professional Integration"in the Course Construction of"Food Technology"
Based on the new engineering and engineering certification,it is of great significance to carry out the integration of curriculum ideological and political education,professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education to give full play to the carrier role of professional courses in ideological,political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to promote the reform of professional courses in colleges and universities.This paper introduces the importance of"ideological and political guidance and integration of specialization and innovation",and constructs"Food Technology"from the aspects of curriculum objectives,teacher team,teaching content,teaching mode and case library of ideological-professional integration around the principle of"ideological and political guidance and integration of specialization".The results show that in the process of teaching professional courses,these construction measures can stimulate students'interest in learning,enhance innovative thinking and innovative awareness,cultivate the spirit of continuous pursuit and courage to explore,stimulate students'sense of mission and responsibility for the food industry,effectively promote the cultivation of moral education talents and high-quality innovative talents,and achieve good teaching results.
