摘要

为定量分析冬化油中VC棕榈酸酯添加情况,建立一种利用高效液相色谱法测定冬化油中VC棕榈酸酯含量的方法.以含1 mg/mL柠檬酸的甲醇为样品提取剂,经12000 r/min,-20 ℃冷冻离心得上清液,以甲醇-水-乙酸(95∶5∶0.1,V/V)为流动相,流速1 mL/min,经反相C18色谱柱等度洗脱,用紫外检测器检测,最佳吸收波长250 nm.结果显示,方法定性检出限为0.5 mg/kg,定量限为1.5 mg/kg,加标回收率在88.18%~101.54%之间,SRSD在1.24%~6.97%之间.该方法不需要特殊溶剂和复杂反应就可以快速、高效完成冬化油中VC棕榈酸酯含量分析.

Abstract

To analyze the addition of VC palmitate in winterized oil quantitatively,establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of VC palmitate added in winterized oil.Use methanol containing 1 mg/mL citric acid as the sample extraction agent,use methanol-water-acetic acid(95∶5∶0.1,V/V)as the mobile phase.Flow rate is 1 mL/min,After equal elution on a reversed phase C18 chromatographic column and detection with a UV detector,the optimal absorption wavelength is 250 nm.The results indicate that the qualitative detection limit of the method is 0.5 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit is 1.5 mg/kg.The recovery rate of spiking is between 88.18% and 101.54% ,SRSD is between 1.24% and 6.97% .This method can quickly and efficiently determine the content of VC palmitate in winterized oil without special solvents and complex reactions.
