Analysis and Source Study of Perchlorate Pollution in Dairy Products
In order to explore the key link of perchlorate pollution in dairy products, the content of perchlorate in 124 batches of collected fresh milk is detected and analyzed.Perchlorate is detected in 88% of fresh milk, with an average content of 19μg/kg.Through further sampling and testing conducted,it is found that the perchlorate in fresh milk mainly comes from feed.grass, and the multi leaf forage in the forage grass has the highest accumulation rate of perchlorate in the environment. The roots, stems, leaves, and leaves of the forage grass have the highest accumulation rate of perchlorate in the soil. The research results prove that dairy enterprises should attach importance to the construction of milk sources and food safety,to establish their own milk sources,to improve quality, and to optimize the diet structure and feeding system of dairy cows and sheep.
