Analysis of Food Production Enterprise Risk Inspection Results and Countermeasures
The Food Safety Law points out that food safety should be based on prevention,risk management,whole-process control and social co-governance.Under this policy,Sichuan Province has carried out risk management and risk inspection on food safety production in the province.This article introduces the implementation of risk inspections in 12 food production enterprises in Sichuan Province in 2023,and summarizes the results of risk inspections.A total of 120 food safety risks are identified,and 3 high-risk enterprises and 4 medium risk enterprises are identified,simultaneously analyzing the main causes of the problem,proposing countermeasures,providing experience for exploring the risk inspection mechanism of food production enterprises,and providing technical support for enterprises to effectively investigate food safety hazards.
