以金匮麦门冬汤为基础方,以糖果为载体,以色泽、甜度、口感、成型等作为感官评价指标,探讨中医药辅助戒烟糖的制作工艺,并评估市场价值;市场调研以调查问卷方式收集参与者的基本情况、服用前后中医证候自评积分、市场前景等信息.采用配对t检验对计量资料组内数据进行前后比较.硬糖配方:在基础方上,添加白砂糖、柠檬酸等.软糖配方:在基础配方中,添加赤藓糖醇、沙棘原浆等.市场调研显示,使用产品8周后,戒烟效果明显,因戒烟所产生的常见证候改善明显,绝大多数参与者认为戒烟糖使用后自觉效果好,携带方便,市场竞争力强.基于经方制作的中医辅助戒烟糖效果确切,是中医药发挥戒烟作用的新思路.
Abstract
Based on the Ophiopogon Decoction in Synopsis of Golden Chamber,explore the production technology of TCM-assisted sugar,evaluate the market value including color,sweetness,taste and molding,and collect the basic information of participants,self-evaluation score of TCM certificate,before and after taking,market prospect.The paired t-test was used to compare the data within the hard sugar formula,white sugar and citric acid were added to the basic formula,and erythritol and seabuckthom pulp were added to the basic formula.Market research showed that after 8 weeks of the use of the product,the effect of smoking cessation was obvious,and the common syndrome produced by smoking cessation improved significantly.The vast majority of participants thought that smoking cessation sugar had good conscious effect,easy to carry and strong market competitiveness.The effect of TCM-assisted smoking cessation sugar is accurate,and it is a new idea of TCM to play the role of smoking cessation.
