Optimization of Antioxidant Film Coating Powder Formula by Response Surface Methodology and Its Protective Effect
The film coating powder was made of HPMC,polyvinyl alcohol,polyethylene glycol,talc powder and titanium dioxide as raw materials,with a complex antioxidant composed of propyl gallate,tea polyphenols and D-isoascorbic acid sodium added.It was then processed through ingredients,grinding,dispersion,and mixing.The experiment took the comprehensive score of tensile strength and free radical scavenging rate as the evaluation index,and applied single factor experiment and Box-Behnken response surface experimental design for optimization.The results showed that the optimal process formula for film coating powder was 30.6%polyvinyl alcohol,17.4%HPMC,0.8%complex antioxidant,and 7.8%polyethylene glycol.The accelerated stability experiment was applied to investigate its effect on the color difference,moisture resistance,and stability of ascorbic acid content indicators of film coated VC tablets.The results showed that the antioxidant film coated VC tablets had good moisture and oxidation resistance.
