壳聚糖/纳米银活性气凝胶制备方法及应用

试验以壳聚糖为基质,加入增强剂和交联剂,制备机械性能好并且可生物降解的气凝胶.通过不同的制备配方制备气凝胶,并应用于鲜肉包装中,测试其抑菌性能,从而得到最佳配方.将壳聚糖溶液和AgNO3溶液混合,加热反应,分离得到银纳米颗粒;向银纳米颗粒中加入增强剂和交联剂,模具成型后,干燥固化,制备壳聚糖/纳米银活性气凝胶.壳聚糖溶液质量浓度8~12 g/L,AgNO3溶液浓度0.008~0.012 mol/L,反应温度40~60 ℃,时间0.5~2 h,增强剂为细菌纤维素,交联剂为柠檬酸,壳聚糖溶液和AgNO3溶液质量比(15~19)∶1,银纳米颗粒、增强剂和交联剂质量比100∶(0.02~0.3)∶(0.062 5~1).试验表明,加入原位固定后的纳米银,负载纳米银的同时减少纳米银颗粒在复合气凝胶材料的释放,从而更加有效延长冷鲜肉的保质期.试验所制备的气凝胶可高效抑菌,且生物可降解,价格低廉,制备方法简单,性能优异,适于推广.
Preparation and Application of Chitosan/Silver Nano-Activated Aerogel
Report the preparation and application of chitosan/silver nanoparticle-activated aerogels(CS/AgNP aerogels)with excellent mechanical properties and biodegradability.Chitosan is utilized as the matrix in this study,and reinforcement and cross-linking agents are added to improve the performance of the aerogels.The CS/AgNP aerogels are prepared by the following steps:Silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)are synthesized by heating a mixture of chitosan solution(8-12 g/L)and AgNO3 solution(0.008-0.012 mol/L)at 40-60 ℃ for 0.5-2 h;Bacterial cellulose(BC)and citric acid(CA)are added as the reinforcement and cross-linking agents,respectively,with the mass ratios of AgNPs∶BC∶CA being 100∶(0.02-0.3)∶(0.062 5-1);The study demonstrates that the in situ immobilization of AgNPs reduces the release of AgNPs from the composite aerogel material,and thus prolongs the shelf-life of cold meat.The CS/AgNP aerogels exhibit high efficiency in inhibiting bacterial growth,as well as good biodegradability,low cost,and easy preparation.Therefore,the CS/AgNP aerogels are suitable for widespread use in fresh meat packaging.
