Study on the Effect of Three Liver-Protecting Products on the Anti-alcohol and Liver-Protection in Drunken Model Rat
Study the anti-alcohol and liver-protecting effects of three liver-protecting products on drunk model rats.Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive control group, sample 1 low and high dose groups, sample 2 low and high dose groups, sample 3 low and high dose groups. The normal control group and the model control group were administered with deionized water, and the positive control group was administered with Haiwang Jinzun tablet suspension. The test substance was continuously administered orally for 14 days, and 1 hour after the last administration of the test substance, except for the normal control group, the rest of the groups used Red Star Erguotou diluent(concentration 3∶1)to prepare the rat drunk model.Observe the drunk time, number of drunks, sobering time and drunk rate within 2 hours of animals in each group by righting reflex test;Detect the blood ethanol and acetaldehyde concentration;Detect the alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase in serum and liver(ALDH)activity; The liver was stained with hematoxylin-eosin(HE)to observe the pathological conditions of the liver tissue. The result showed that compared with the model control group, samples 1,2,and 3 could prolong the drunk time(P<0.01),shorten the sober time(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and reduce the blood alcohol concentration(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Samples 1 and 2 could significantly increase blood ADH and ALDH activity(P<0.01).Samples 2 and 3 could significantly improve liver ADH and ALDH activity(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The effect of the three liver protection products no dose dependence was found. The test showed that the three liver-protecting products had a good anti-alcohol and liver-protecting effect on the rat model of alcohol-induced intoxication, which provided a scientific basis for the subsequent research and development of anti-alcohol and liver-protecting functional products.
