Monitoring and Analysis of the Conformity Between Synthetic Pigment Label Identification and Actual Addition in Pre-packaged Beverages
To understand the consistency between the label identification of synthetic pigments and their actual addition and use in prepackaged beverages sold in Anshun,and to find out the problems existing in the authenticity of beverage ingredient identification in a timely manner,provide scientific reference for product and beverage supervision and management and food safety.According to the requirements of stratified sampling,a total of 474 samples of pre-packaged beverages were randomly collected,the synthetic pigment was detected by national standard method,and the quantitative detection of synthetic pigment was consistent with the label.The synthetic pigment added rate of the sampling beverages was 63.7%,while the coincidence rate of the synthetic pigment label marking and the quantitative detection results was only 51.1%.Among the different types of enterprise beverages,the minimum coincidence rate of the synthetic pigment label marking of the micro enterprise beverage was 39.7%,and there were statistically significant differences in the overall compliance rate of synthetic color labels of beverages from various enterprises(P<0.0l).In different categories and different places of sale,the coincidence rate of synthetic pigment labeling was inversely proportional to the proportion of micro-enterprises,and was positively proportional to the proportion of large,medium and small enterprises.The overall differences in the coincidence rate of synthetic pigment labeling among different categories and different places of sale were statistically significant.There was a phenomenon of confusion adding of synthetic pigments with the same function,accounting for 7.2%.The inconsistency between the label identification and the actual content of the prepackaged beverages sold in Anshun is common,especially the beverages of micro-enterprises.The first suggestion is that beverage enterprises,especially micro-enterprises,should strengthen label management;The second is to strengthen the supervision and management of beverage enterprises,especially micro-enterprises,and to carry out special management;The third is to make the market circulation close,and to prevent unqualified products from flowing to the market from the sales channel;Fourth,do a good job of publicity and give full play to the role of social supervision.
