Application of 6S Management Model in Food Professional Laboratories
The laboratory is not only the main place for universities to carry out practical teaching,but also an important platform for scientific exploration,improving students'comprehensive quality and innovation ability.Starting from the actual management and development needs of the laboratory in the College of Food Science and Technology,combined with the operating characteristics and existing problems of undergraduate food specialty laboratories in universities,elaborate on the specific application of the 6S management model in laboratory management.After adopting the 6S management mode,laboratory management has been significantly standardized,the laboratory environment has been effectively improved,and the literacy of laboratory personnel has been enhanced,which can effectively ensure the safety of the laboratory.
