Research on Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Food Chemistry Teaching
Conducting research and practice on ideological and political education in the course of Food chemistry,an important foundational course for food science and engineering majors,can effectively play a leading role in classroom education,and is conducive to cultivating professional and technical talents with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.Starting from strengthening the moral education concept of teachers,doing a good job in the top-level design of ideological and political education in the curriculum,closely exploring the ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in professional adaptability,exploring diversified theoretical teaching methods and experimental teaching methods that integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum,adopting diversified and three-dimensional curriculum assessment methods,and highlighting the characteristics of ideological and political process education,good results have been achieved,with students excelling in both character and learning,and their academic performance and postgraduate entrance examination rate increasing year by year,and teachers have improved their ability and level of ideological and political education in the curriculum.
