Analysis of On-Site Verification Requirements and Common Problems of Meat Product Permit
By sorting out the common food types of meat product,this paper summarizes the on-site verification requirements,and takes Xiamen meat product production license enterprises during 2020-2023 as the subjects of the study.It conducts a categorical classification and statistical analysis of the issues found during on-site inspections of meat product production enterprises based on the provisions of the scoring record form in the General Rules for Food Production License Examination.The results reveal that a total of 475 defects in meat products were discovered between 2020 and 2023,with 25 zero-score items and 450 basically-qualified items.Both the distribution of total defects and zero-score items are concentrated on three inspection items:production site,equipment and facilities,and management system.Additionally,the article analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of these defects and proposes targeted suggestions with practical reference value,to provide technical reference for relevant food production enterprises and food production license examination and approval.
