Ideological and Political Design and Implementation of"Food Chemistry"Course Based on CDIO Concept
In this paper,the concept of"CDIO"was applied to the ideological and political teaching of the course of"Food Chemistry".Through the ideological and political teaching activities of the course of"Food Chemistry",students could obtain higher professional quality of food science and engineering practice ability.The ideological and political teaching of"Food Chemistry"based on CDIO concept was carried out from four aspects of course modularization,engineering case implantation,integration of theory and practice teaching and enterprise practice.Teachers in the curriculum group quantified the evaluation of ideological and political education by relying on the curriculum evaluation.Students'attention to ideological and political education and their enthusiasm for learning were improved,and their final average score and engineering practice ability were obviously improved.The improvement of the teaching quality of"Food Chemistry"was conducive to the improvement of the quality of talents,and realized the effective unity of ideological and political education and knowledge system education.
