Research and Practice on the Model for Cultivating Top Innovative Talents in Food Science
With globalization and the rapid development of knowledge-based economy,innovation has become a key driving force for social progress,and the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents has gradually become the focus of attention in the field of education in various countries.This paper takes the training practice of top-notch innovative talents in food category of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an example,actively explores the reform and innovation of education mode,and promotes the improvement of talent training quality by constructing the top-notch innovative talents training mode with the integration of production,science and education,the construction of innovation platform,the traction of discipline competition,and the diversification of evaluation modes as the core,so as to lay a solid talent foundation for the high-quality development of food industry.This reform exploration can provide reference for the training of top innovative talents in other universities at home and abroad.
