外文摘要：The collaboration between universities and enterprises is integral to driving innovation-led practices and nurturing talent.This partnership serves as a crucial avenue for enhancing the innovative mindset and practical skills of professional postgraduates of food.Focusing on the case study of graduate student development within the food science program at Central South University of Forestry and Technology,this paper thoroughly explores various initiatives and strategies.These measures encompass reinforcing mentorship programs,aligning talent development closely with industry demands,integrating theoretical and practical teaching methodologies,incorporating ideological and political education,establishing practical training facilities,improving evaluation protocols,and monitoring the quality of student cultivation.The primary objective is to consistently elevate the standard of graduate student training,ultimately providing valuable insights for fostering high-caliber,innovative professionals within the food industry.
