校企协同驱动食品类实践创新型人才培养的探索与实践——以中南林业科技大学食品类专业学位研究生为例

摘要
校企协同驱动实践创新型人才培养是提升食品类专业学位硕士创新精神和实践能力有效培养的重要途径和手段.文章以校企协同驱动中南林业科技大学食品类专业学位硕士的培养为例,介绍了在导师队伍的强化建设、人才培养密切接轨产业需求、教学体系融合理论实践及思政、实践基地建设、评价机制完善和培养质量跟踪等方面进行的探索与实践,以期持续提高专业硕士的培养质量,为食品产业培养高素质创新人才提供参考.
Abstract
The collaboration between universities and enterprises is integral to driving innovation-led practices and nurturing talent.This partnership serves as a crucial avenue for enhancing the innovative mindset and practical skills of professional postgraduates of food.Focusing on the case study of graduate student development within the food science program at Central South University of Forestry and Technology,this paper thoroughly explores various initiatives and strategies.These measures encompass reinforcing mentorship programs,aligning talent development closely with industry demands,integrating theoretical and practical teaching methodologies,incorporating ideological and political education,establishing practical training facilities,improving evaluation protocols,and monitoring the quality of student cultivation.The primary objective is to consistently elevate the standard of graduate student training,ultimately providing valuable insights for fostering high-caliber,innovative professionals within the food industry.
