Research on the Current Situation of Professional Cognition of Food Hygiene and Nutrition in Traditional Chinese Medicine Schools—A Case Study of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Explore the current situation of food hygiene and nutrition in traditional Chinese medicine schools,and improve the quality of talent training.A questionnaire survey of 69 undergraduates majoring in food hygiene and nutrition in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is used to investigate professional cognition,professional identity,and professional cognitive action.SPSS 25.0 is used to analyze and statistically analyze the statistics.The results show that the overall scores of students'professional cognition,professional identity,and professional cognitive action are low,and the grades,ethnicities,family locations,family situations,evaluation of the current situation of professional cognitive education,and professional practice significantly affect professional cognition.Students are more aware of the value of the major itself.There is uncertainty about the prospect and personal development of the major,so it is suggested that colleges and universities should allocate professional cognitive education,improve the construction of professional disciplines,construct social value orientation,establish a practical value mechanism,broaden students'professional cognitive paths,and develop professional peer education.
