特殊医学用途全营养配方食品含片剂型研发技术展望

摘要
特殊医学用途配方食品作为一种营养补充途径,为患者提供有针对性的营养支持,是进行临床营养支持的一种有效途径.市面上的特殊医学用途配方食品的主要剂型为粉末及液态,含片类剂型相对缺乏.含片类制剂具有剂量准确、质量稳定、快速溶解和吸收、服用方便、提高某些药物的稳定性和生物利用度,从而增强治疗效果、便于识别且生产成本相对低廉等优点.同时含片剂型也存在一定问题,如药物的光敏性、氧化性或水解性、制造和包装含片剂型可能需要特殊的设备和技术,以确保产品的质量和一致性、选择合适的包装材料和条件以确保药物的稳定性等.报告特殊医学用途配方食品含片剂型的技术现状、产品特点以及存在问题、未来发展等,为我国特殊医学用途全营养配方食品含片剂型的发展提供理论依据.
Abstract
As a nutritional supplementation pathway,formulated food for special medical purposes provides targeted nutritional support for patients,which is an effective way to carry out clinical nutritional support.The main dosage forms of special medical use formulas currently available on the market are powder and liquid,and there is a relative lack of tablet dosage forms.Tablet formulations have the advantages of accurate dosage,stable quality,rapid dissolution and absorption,easy to take,improved stability and bioavailability of certain drugs to enhance the therapeutic effect,easy to identify,and relatively inexpensive production costs.At the same time,tablet dosage forms also have certain problems,such as photosensitivity,oxidization or hydrolysis of the drug,manufacturing and packaging of tablet dosage forms which may require special equipment and techniques to ensure the quality and consistency of the product,and the selection of suitable packaging materials and conditions to ensure the stability of the drug.Introduce the current technological status,product characteristics as well as problems and future development of tablet dosage forms of whole nutrient formulas for special medical purposes,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of tablet dosage forms of whole nutrient formulas for special medical purposes in China.
