摘要
随着食品行业对具备食品合规专业技术与综合素养复合型人才需求的日益增长,针对当前"食品法律法规与标准"课程教学实践中存在的问题,提出了基于OBE理念和"1+X"食品合规框架的课程改革方案.探索以学生为中心、成果为导向的课程设计,将"1"(食品合规基础课程)与"X"(食品合规专业技能)相结合,通过重建课程目标、开发模块化教学、提高教师质量、实施混合式教学以及多元化全过程评价等措施,旨在培养学生的合规意识、知识和技能.
Abstract
With the increasing demand in the food industry for talents with professional skills and comprehensive literacy in food compliance,this paper proposes a curriculum reform scheme based on the OBE concept and the"1+X"food compliance framework,aiming to solve the problems in the current teaching practice of"Food Laws,Regulations and Standards".The reform scheme explores student-centered and outcome-oriented curriculum design,combining the"1"(basic courses of food compliance)with the"X"(professional skills of food compliance).By reconstructing curriculum objectives,developing modular teaching,improving teacher quality,implementing mixed teaching,and implementing diversified whole process evaluation,the reform aims to cultivate students'awareness,knowledge and skills of compliance.
