摘要
基于OBE理念,"食品营养学"课程教学强调成果导向、学生主动参与和课程基本理论的实际运用.探讨"食品营养学"课程目标的制定、课程内容的规划和课程设计的实施等关键方面,完善教学考评制度,结合学科领域发展前沿技术及教学实践热点应用,以构建新型"食品营养学"课程教学模式,提高学生的学习效果和实践能力.同时设计教学持续改进方案,形成教学质量持续正反馈效应,以建成完整可靠的"食品营养学"教学团队,为培养具备高水平食品营养领域人才奠定基础.
Abstract
Based on the OBE concept,the teaching of"Food Nutrition"courses emphasizes the result orientation,students participation,and practical application of basic course theories.Explore key aspects such as the formulation of course objectives,the planning of course content,and the implementation of course design in"Food Nutrition".It will improve the teaching evaluation system,combine cutting-edge technologies in the field of discipline development with hot applications in teaching practice,and construct a new teaching model for"Food Nutrition"courses to improve students'learning effectiveness and practical abilities.Simultaneously design a continuous improvement plan for teaching,and form a continuous positive feedback effect on teaching quality,in order to build a complete and reliable"Food Nutrition"teaching team,and to lay the foundation for cultivating high-level talents in the field of food nutrition.
