高职生分子生物学检测岗位能力需求调研

分子生物学检测行业快速发展,也需要越来越多的专业型技术人才.对北京检测类公司分子生物学检测的高职生岗位设置、能力需求和岗位素养进行调研分析,以缩小高职人才培养与企业岗位实际需求的差距,优化教学过程,提升人才培养质量.通过问卷调查、访谈、查阅文献和咨询发现:分子检测岗位设置种类多元,需要分子检测类技术人才的单位多元;岗位方法能力中,国家标准或SOP正确实验能力被多数单位所看重,认为其非常重要的占91.7%,其次是基本技术操作能力和检验仪器操作能力;专业能力中,多数单位认为核酸分离纯化能力和实时荧光定量PCR能力重要性程度较高;岗位素养中,精益求精的工匠精神和人际沟通表达能力受多数单位重视.这将为课程内容优化、教学改革和教学效果的进一步提升提供依据.
Research and Survey on the Capacity Requirements of Higher Vocational Students for Molecular Biology Testing Posts
The rapid development of molecular biology testing industry also requires more and more professional technical talents.Conduct the survey and analysis of the job setting,ability requirements,and job literacy of vocational students in molecular biology testing companies in Beijing,in order to narrow the gap between vocational talent training and the actual needs of corporate positions,to optimize teaching processes,and to improve the quality of talent training.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews,literature review,and consultation,it is found that there are diverse types of molecular testing positions,and there is a need for diverse companies that require molecular testing technical personnel.In the methodological competence of the post,the ability of correct experiments for SOPs or national standards is valued by most companies,with 91.7%of them considering it very important,followed by basic technical operation ability and inspection instrument operation ability.In professional ability,most companies believe that the importance of nucleic acid separation and purification capabilities and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR capabilities is relatively high.In job literacy,the craftsmanship spirit of excellence and interpersonal communication skills are valued by most companies.It will provide a basis for optimizing the curriculum content,teaching reform,and further improving teaching effectiveness.
