摘要

OBE作为一种以产出为导向的教育理念,是一流课程建设的重要指导依据.在教育信息化2.0背景下,混合式教学模式被广泛应用于高校专业课程建设中.分析基于OBE理念的混合式教学模式在专业课程食品原料生产与安全控制中的应用路径.在总体设计思路的指引下,通过改革课程目标、优化课程内容、重新设计混合式教学过程、丰富课程资源以及改革考核方案,实现线上线下教学的有机融合,大幅提升学生综合能力的培养.

Abstract

OBE,as an output-oriented educational concept,is an important guiding basis for the construction of first-class courses.Under the background of educational informatization 2.0,the mixed teaching mode is widely used in the construction of professional courses in colleges and universities.Analyze the application path of mixed teaching mode based on OBE concept in the course of production and safety control of food raw materials.Under the guidance of the overall design idea,the course group has realized the organic integration of online and offline teaching by reforming the course objectives,optimizing the course content,redesigning the blended teaching process,enriching the course resources and reforming the assessment scheme,and greatly improved the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability.
