Exploration of Ideological and Political Elements and Educational Models in Microbiology Curriculum
Microbiology is a fundamental course in food sciences,life science,and related majors,and its effectiveness in teaching and educating is related to the quality of talent cultivation.To solve the problems such as weak teaching resources,rigid teaching methods,and incomplete teaching evaluations in the field of ideological and political education in traditional teaching of food microbiology and microbiology,dialectical thinking,scientific spirit,the concept of big food,civic morality,Chinese excellent traditional culture,and aesthetic education ideological and political elements(six drives)are explored,and a"one axis six drives"education model centered on student development is constructed.This education model effectively stimulates students'learning enthusiasm,scientifically and reasonably expands the breadth,depth,and temperature of the course,improves students'comprehensive quality and ability,and is conducive to their comprehensive development.It provides feasible ideas for the ideological and political construction of other related courses.
