Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Determination of Molybdenum Content in Food for Special Medical Purposes by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
The molybdenum content in Food for Special Medical Purposes(FSMP)was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy, the source of uncertainty was analyzed, the uncertainty evaluation model was established, and the accuracy of the detection and the reliability of the results were effectively evaluated.Analyzing and evaluating the experiment, the main factors affecting the determination of molybdenum content in food for special medical purposes are standard curve fitting, followed by the preparation of standard solutions and sample spiking recovery. When the molybdenum content in the sample is 0.778 mg/kg,and the confidence level is 95%,the expanded uncertainty is 0.096 mg/kg,and the determination result is expressed as 0.778±0.096 mg/kg(k=2).The experiment is of great significance to the research of molybdenum detection method in food field.
