摘要

为降低或消除鼠尾草酸生产过程中多环芳烃的危害、满足消费者对鼠尾草酸产品的质量要求,文章在HACCP体系原理基础上,以鼠尾草酸生产过程为研究对象,对其生产过程中的危害因素进行全面分析,确定了关键控制点及限值,制定了预防措施,建立了验证程序和文件记录管理程序,通过HACCP体系的建立为鼠尾草酸质量安全管控提供理论依据.

Abstract

In order to reduce or eliminate the harm of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the production process of camosic acid,and to meet the quality requirements of consumers for camosic acid products,based on the principles of the HACCP system,this article takes the production process of carnosic acid as the research object,comprehensively analyzes the hazardous factors in its production process,determines key control points and limits,formulates preventive measures,establishes verification procedures and document record management procedures,and provides theoretical basis for the quality and safety control of camosic acid through the establishment of the HACCP system.
