A Practical Study on the Blended Teaching Model for Graduate Students under OBE+SPOC
Taking the promotion of the professionalization and distinctive development of graduate students in the food industry at Shanxi Agricultural University as an opportunity,based on the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model,the course"Progress in Grain and Oil,Oils and Plant Protein Engineering"was reformed.Guided by OBE results oriented education,the SPOC small-scale restricted course platform was constructed,with graduate students as the main body.Integration of OBE and SPOC was based on the principle of two-way screening to determine the course selectors.At the same time,we carried out comprehensive reform and exploration in terms of course objectives,teaching team,teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods,which closely links the course content with scientific research topics.The course was ultimately centered on graduate students to stimulate students'motivation,initiative and differentiation in learning,to enhance the interactivity of the teaching process,to promote the development of the course,and to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the course.
