高职院校建设高水平食品专业教学创新团队的探索与实践——以江苏食品药品职业技术学院为例

职业院校建设高水平教师教学创新团队不仅是落实《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》《关于进一步加强全国职业院校教师教学创新团队建设的通知》《关于加快推进现代职业教育体系建设改革重点任务的通知》的需要,更是培育和发展新质生产力的重要着力点.为更好推动职业教育高质量发展,以江苏食品药品职业技术学院建设食品专业国家级教师教学创新团队为例,从强化师德师风建设、加强教师能力培养、加强团队多元协同、构建对接职业标准的课程体系、创新模块化教学模式、推广应用建设成果等方面介绍经验做法,有效助推学校建成中国特色高水平食品专业群和国家级教师教学创新团队,为兄弟院校建设同类高水平教师教学创新团队提供参考.
Exploration and Practice of Constructing a High-level Food Specialty Teachers'Teaching Innovation Team in Polytechnic Colleges——Taking JSFPC as An Example
Construction of high vocational colleges teachers'teaching innovation team is not only the implementation of promoting the high-quality development of modem vocational education,further strengthening the construction of national vocational college teachers'teaching innovation team,and accelerating the important tasks of the reform of the construction of modem vocational education system,and it is also an important channel to cultivate and develop the new quality productive forces.In order to better serve the high-quality development of higher vocational education of food specialty,taking the construction of national teacher teaching innovation team of food specialty of Jiangsu Food and Pharmaceutical Science College as an example,introduce the experience and practice from six aspects of strengthening the construction of teachers'ethics and style,strengthening teachers'ability training,strengthening the multiple collaboration of teams,constructing the curriculum system of matching professional standards,innovating the modular teaching mode,and extending the construction achievements,and effectively help the college to build a high-level food specialty group with Chinese characteristics and a national teacher teaching innovation team,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar high-level teachers'teaching innovation teams in brother colleges.
