Teaching Design and Practice of Graduate Practice Course for Students in Food Science and Engineering Major Based on Problem Orientation
The Graduation Practice course plays a vital role in cultivating the practical abilities of students majoring in Food Science and Engineering.In order to meet the diverse needs of students,enhance the personalized teaching approach,and improve the teaching effectiveness of the Graduation Practice course,a new teaching model guided by problem-oriented principles was designed.It systematically optimized the teaching design,methods and assessment criteria tailored to students'needs.Based on authentic feedback from students,the teaching arrangement was rationalized by comprehensively considering both the sequence of teaching activities and the logical flow of content,innovatively integrating multiple teaching methods such as case studies and virtual simulation learning.Furthermore,an evaluation system was established emphasizing both competency and knowledge assessment,effectively fostering and enhancing the independent thinking,interdisciplinary mindset,and engineering practical skills of undergraduate students majoring in Food Science and Engineering.
