随着新医科和人工智能技术的蓬勃发展,传统的教学方法面临着革新与挑战.为适应时代和科技要求,文章基于食品卫生与营养学专业学生对生成式人工智能工具的知识、态度和行为的调查结果,在"食品安全"的课程设计中融入生成式人工智能工具的使用,旨在引导学生在专业课程学习中正确使用和科学对待生成式人工智能工具,促进人工智能工具在专业教学中的作用,提高学生的高阶能力.
Empowering Course Design and Teaching Exploration of"Food Safety"with Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools
With the booming development of new medical sciences and artificial intelligence technology,traditional teaching methods are facing innovation and challenges.To adapt to the demands of the era and technology,based on the survey results of students majoring in food hygiene and nutrition on their knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors towards generative artificial intelligence tools,this article integrates the use of generative artificial intelligence tools into the course design of"Food Safety".The aim is to guide students to correctly use and scientifically treat generative artificial intelligence tools in the study of professional courses,to promote the role of artificial intelligence tools in professional teaching,and to enhance students'high-level abilities.
