Research on Communication and Marketing Strategy of Xinjiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Food under the Environment of New Media
Xinjiang's unique geographical location and diverse ethnic composition make Xinjiang's food culture bring together the essence of East and West,forming a unique intangible food characteristics,reflecting the long history and profound Chinese culture everywhere.This paper aims to discuss the necessity and current situation of Xinjiang intangible cultural heritage communication under the environment of new media,and propose effective communication strategies to further promote Xinjiang cuisine,which has important significance and role in enhancing the visibility of Xinjiang characteristic cuisine and promoting the dissemination of food culture.
