在"互联网+"背景下,在后疫情时代,数字化教学资源的建设和应用已成为高职课程教学改革与创新的关键手段.基于"食品仪器分析技术"课程的教学难点和超星学习通平台优势,尝试探索借助学习通平台辅助课程进行混合式课堂教学,以课程第三章"原子吸收光谱技术"为例,从教学内容、教学模式、教学评价体系等方面进行改革与实践,实现教学全过程数字化记录,综合能力同步化培养,教学效果显著.
Exploration and Practice of Blended Learning Mode Based on Chaoxing Learning Platform——Taking"Instrumental Analysis Technique of Food"as an Example
In the context of"Internet Plus"and in the post-pandemic era,the construction and application of digital teaching resources have become a key means of reform and innovation in vocational education curriculum teaching.Based on the teaching difficulties of"Instrumental Analysis Technique of Food"and the advantages of the Chaoxing learning platform,attempt to explore the use of the learning platform to assist the course in blended classroom teaching.Taking chapter 3"Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy Technology"as an example,the content of course,the mode and evaluation system of this course were reformed.It realizes the digital recording of the whole teaching process,and cultivated of students'comprehensive ability.The practice also showed that the new teaching mode could significantly improve the teaching quality and teaching effects.
