"Food Standards and Regulations"is the core course of food science and engineering.Taking Shaanxi University of Science and Technology as an example,this research explores the effect of integrating interactive and multiple methods such as case analysis,standard formulation and group discussion into teaching,and discusses the supporting role of teaching method reform and high-quality talent training on the transformation and upgrading of food industry.
