With the promotion and application of information technology in teaching reform,"Fragmented learning"comes into being.The course of"Introduction to Food Safety"was built by WeChat mini program.The application of teaching practice was elaborated from three stages of before-class study,in-class study and after-class study,in order to provide reference for similar research in WeChat in food teaching and improve the effectiveness of teaching.
