Practice and Innovation of Teaching Reform of Food Major Curriculum Group from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics
To elaborate the overall planning of ideological and political teaching of food major curriculum group and its reform and innovation practice,the promotion and application effects of the achievement were shared.138 whole-process and all-round education system were put forward to analyzing the current situation of common problems in ideological and political teaching of food major courses.The common problems were solved from four aspects in terms of revision of curriculum standards,reconstruction of teaching content,teaching design,integration of ideological and political teaching in different classes and reform of teaching methods.The teaching contents of 17 professional core courses were improved and reconstructed while a set of curriculum standards incorporated ideological and political elements and teaching design diversified integrated were formed.Furthermore,"Course Thought and Politics"teaching library of food professional course group were created which included 935 course thought and politics case library,18 course thought and politics map library and course thought and politics micro-video library with 65 materials.The"Food Professional Course Thought and Politics Library"course was established in Super Star Learning Channel.It also provides a reference for ideological and political education in other related professional courses.
