Reconstruction and Practice of Cake Decorating Technology Curriculum System under the Mode of"One Body and Two Wings"
In order to effectively improve the training quality of high-quality applied practical talents in vocational colleges,this paper takes the Chinese and Western pastry technology specialty as the starting point,takes Luohe Vocational Technology College as an example,takes the core curriculum of cake decoration technology specialty as the carrier,and studies the reconstruction and practice of the curriculum system under the'one body and two wings'practical education training mode,so as to provide ideas for the promotion and optimization of the curriculum.
