Design and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching of"Food Safety"Course Based on OBE Concept
The curriculum ideology and politics in college education and teaching is not only an important way to realize the"three full-education",but also an important guarantee to implement the fundamental task of"moral education".Based on the outcome-based education(OBE)results-oriented education concept,it conforms to the development trend of ideological and political education in our country.As a compulsory course for food majors,"Food Safety"contains abundant ideological and political education resources.Starting from the characteristics of the"Food Safety"course,this article explores the integration of ideological and political elements with teaching content through the exploration of the ideological and political elements and collaborative innovation of the educational model.Based on this,the article uses the educational philosophy of OBE to design and practice the ideological and political teaching of the course,aiming to further promote and deepen the ideological and political teaching system of the"Food Safety"course.The research results of this course can provide a reference for the ideological and political construction and implementation of other professional courses.
